Where do your products ship from?

All of our products ship from our production and fulfillment facility in Southwest Florida, USA.

 

What are your case inserts made of?

Our original inserts were made of rigid materials. After much engineering and experimentation, we re-designed them using high-firmness, military-grade polyurethane. It's lighter, more durable, easier on product labels and seals, and helps thermally regulate our cases.

We manufacture and thoroughly inspect each insert prior to assembly, so you can be assured that your insert will stand up to years of use.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to the UK, Australia and Canada. Shipping rates for country are automatically calculated at checkout based on location and dimensional weight.

 

Can I customize the graphic print on my case?

Due to the complexity of the graphics printing process (printing on the surface of our cases requires a special transfer process and specialty tools) we're not able to fill custom orders at this time.

 

Do you stand behind your products?

Absolutely. They're tough enough that we could stand on them, too! Kidding aside, we guarantee that you will love your Perfect Case. If for some reason you're not completely pleased with your order, we will always make it right.
