Terms and conditions

  1. You must be the original purchaser of the product - and be able to provide an order number and associated email address.
  2. Ship the new, unused product, in secure packaging back to us within 10 days of receipt. Be sure to include your order information in the package! To avoid damage in transit, we strongly advise shipping with insurance.
  3. Once received, we will process a refund for the amount originally paid for the product, or issue a store credit for an exchange.


Damaged Goods or Missing Mail?

Email us at liquidation.perfectcases@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product (if applicable), reference your order number or the email associated with your account, and we’ll get it sorted out right away.
